  • Accommodation will be provided only for those whose travel time to Coimbatore from their origin is more than 3 hours
  • College ID card is mandatory for all the participants. Participants without their college ID cards will not be permitted inside the campus.
  • Accommodation will be provided from 05.03.2009 night to 08.03.2009 night.
  • Participants should vacate the hostel before 21:00 hours on Mar. 8th.
  • Participants should register online first for accommodation and is on First Come First Serve Basis.
  • Participants staying for either 1 day or 2 consecutive days.  Breakfast + Accommodation = Rs. 200/- + refundable Caution deposit Rs. 200/- Additional amount of Rs. 75/- will be charged for dinner (optional).
  • Participants staying for all three days (Feb 6, 7 and 8). Breakfast + Accommodation = Rs. 300/- + refundable Caution deposit Rs. 200/- Additional amount of Rs. 100/- will be charged for dinner (optional).
  • One way Second class Train/Bus fare and Caution Deposit will be reimbursed at the time of vacating the hostel provided they produce the original tickets of the journey and the receipt (if the participant has e-ticket he/she should produce the printout of the ticket and the college id as proof).
  1. All the participants must get into the hostel before 21:30 hours compulsorily.
  2. Any sort of misbehaviour or unruly conduct inside the hostel is not allowed and it will lead to expulsion of the participant from the hostel and also disqualification of the team from all the other events.
  3. Your presence in the hostel should in no way prove inconvenient to other occupants of the hostel.
  4. Participants are solely responsible for their belongings kept in the hostel. They are requested not to leave their rooms unattended.

PSG College of Technology is located at Peelamedu, between the Ace Data and PSG Hospitals bus stands, about 7 kms from Coimbatore Moffusil Bus Terminus at Gandhipuram and 8 kms from Coimbatore Railway station.
Buses are available at the frequency of 5 minutes from Coimbatore Airport, Railway station, Gandhipuram, Singanallur and Ukkadam Bus stands. You can specify PSG Tech or Peelamedu as the Bus terminus.
Participants from South TN (Trichy, Madurai, Karur etc..) can get down at Singanallur bus Terminus. Participants from North TN( Chennai, Vellore, Pondicherry etc..) can get down at Gandhipuram bus Terminus. The approximate auto and Call taxi fares from prominent land marks are given below.
