Kriya, the paper presentation contest, covers all disciplines of Engineering, categorized under different DISCIPLINES - Mechanical Sciences, Electrical Sciences, Computer Science, Civil Engg and others. Students of all streams are invited to send your abstracts to paper@psgkriya.org.

The selection procedure for the final presentation consists of two rounds. The guidelines for each of the rounds are given as follows:

SHORTLISTING OF ABSTRACTS

Abstracts submitted must be in pdf format.
The size of the abstract should not exceed 200 words.
Please specify your department and contact numbers along with the abstract.
Please specify the area of discipline in which you are going to present your paper in the subject field of your mail.
The abstract must meet the following IEEE regulations: Font :Times New Roman; Font Size :12;Line spacing ;1.5
Interested Participants can send their abstracts on or before January 28, 2009 to paper@psgkriya.org.
The participants short listed for round 2 will be intimated by Jan 29 evening

FINAL SHORTLISTING OF PAPERS

The candidates short listed must send their full paper, meeting the IEEE regulations as mentioned above to the mail paperpres@psgkriya.org before February 1, 2009.
The participants selected for the final presentation will be intimated on or before February 2, 2009.
The first page of the paper should contain the area of the paper presentation (eg: electrical sciences/mechanical science/software/biotechnology/civil), topic, name of the participants, their department, college, contact number & e-mail id.
The second page of the paper should contain the abstract.
The contents of the paper should start from the third page.
The paper should follow the following format. Font :Times New Roman; Font Size :12;Line spacing ;1.5

A maximum of three participants per team is allowed.
The participants will have to give their presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Audio/video clippings are allowed.
Display of working models is encouraged and will be given sufficient time.
Each team will be allowed twelve minutes for presentation followed by three minutes of Question and Answer session.
The paper presentation contest will be held under the following heads independently
