Linux Wizard

Linux, a way of living

"Human knowledge belongs to the world." - Antitrust. On the same lines, Linuxoholics this Kriya would feast on many Fedora 10 machines. Linux wizards in the making would tread the competitve path to glory where relative exuberance would propel them to an idealistic world, condusive to knowledge and learning, free from the clutches of commercialization. So if the usage of words like "KDE, GNOME, GNU" don't sound like encrypted code words of Russian origin, then, to you, we say, you may well be the wizard we seek. Weave your magic through puzzling rounds of Linux basics and face tight real time warzone situations to save the computing world from ignorance.

1. Each team can have a maximum of 2 members. Individual participation is also permissible.

2. Each participant or participating team will be part of a written prelims where in their profoundness with the Linux environment would be tested and evaluated.

3. Qualifying participants and teams would then be tested against their ability to resolve simple, real time Linux OS based problems. Participants and teams would work on a common Linux platform for the same.

4. The Linux platform given to the participants and teams for the final round would be Fedora 10.

5. Judges decision would always be final and barring.
