The event will be held in two phases. 

All papers sent for this event must be in “.pdf” or “.doc” formats.

Phase 1: Abstract Submission
*  The participants are expected to submit their abstracts in IEEE format only.
*  Abstract shouldn’t exceed the word limit of 400 words.
*  It should contain the category under which the paper falls. 
*  Font size-12, line spacing-1.5, Times New Roman.
*  The IEEE format for abstracts can be downloaded from the below mentioned site.
*  http://www.comsoc.org/confs/globecom/2008/downloads/template.pdf
*  The unique factor of the paper and References are to be mentioned in the abstract.
*  Abstract should showcase the objective and summarize the results or conclusions.

 
Phase 2: Paper Presentation
 

*  Five hard copies of full paper are to be submitted before the presentation.
*  Font size-12, line spacing-1.5, Times New Roman.
*  Participants will be given maximum of 8 minutes for presentation.
* The presentation will be followed by question and answer session

*  The full paper has to be in IEEE format and can be downloaded from link below.
*  http://www.comsoc.org/confs/globecom/2008/downloads/template.pdf

 
* The competition is open for all UG and PG students.
* Preference will be given to originality.

Team rules:

* A team can have maximum of three participants not necessarily from the same college. 

* No participant can be a part of more than one team.
